"Took a 1.4 cylinder head in for resurfacing and pressure testing. The service was FANTASTIC! The quality of work surpassed any machine shop I have used in the past and the pricing is awesome considering what you get back! Also I took this in on a Tuesday ( just walked in ) and they had it done in less than a week!! To say the least I am more than impressed with the service and will definitely be a returning customer. THANK YOU!"

"Two different Subaru dealer service departments recommend "Richards" to me. I honed them, was given a quotation. The next day I delivered the heads (2012 Subaru Outback, 2.5i, CVT) and toured their facility-- it's "old school" which to me is GREAT. Very modest building, friendly and obviously talented machinists, I knew I was paying for craftsmanship, not depreciation and expensive rents. The quoted me 7-10 business days but had them done in five. I picked them up today and they are PERFECT, and they did it for the quoted price. I could not me more satisfied."

"I wish i could give 10 stars brought JR a 99 6.0 LS short block i just got it loaded in my truck and im already beyond happy!!! Already gained more power with him putting in flat top pistons and getting rid of the gen 3 dished pistons i dont know he was doing that and im beyond estatic and excited to put this 6.0 to use!! Will drive to indy from kokomo for EVERY motor not just LS he super knowledgeable about all ton of manufacturers motors!! Will be back again with my 5.3 for sure!!!! Ive called every day with silly questions they were never rude by any means all very and very family oriented!! The office ladies are amazing too!!!"

"Been going to Richard’s for a few years now.I have nothing but good things to say about JR,Kevin and the others that work in the shop.Recently I pulled my big block out of my chevelle and handed it to JR and boy did he deliver.motor looks amazing and clean,very nice rebuild with some goodies done to it.no metal shavings from machine work.Pure workmanship from these guys.Only thing which didn’t bother me at all was if you drop something off to have work done just be patient and let them do there thing.yes it might take a couple weeks to get your item back or a couple months to get your fully rebuilt long/short block back but rest assure it will be better than the day it was built.Again thank you JR and staff for knocking a home run on this build and as long as your still in business and JR is kicking I will always use Richard’s for my mechine work A++++"
